Today we had Jaxson's 15 month well child check and the Dr says he is doing great! He was 20.8#'s which puts him in the 10% for weight (smaller than most his age) and 30 and 3/4 inches long, which puts him at 50% ( average for his age). He has been 10% and 50% since the day he was born so she is o.k. with that. Developmentally his is doing well, he signs milk, chicken and more. He says mamma, dadda, Umma (for Oma) hi, bye and nanna (for banana) and "OOOWWW" for the cats....so funny. He got 3 shots today and I was only anticipating 2 but Dr. Medford said since I know too much about vaccine preventable diseases she gave him his 4th HIB, which is in a national shortage right now and only high risk 15 monthers are getting it, and of course, my son. He did FANTASTIC. He didn't even act today like he had shots. Such a big boy!
