o.k I need help

So I haven't been able to post pics for like 3 weeks now and it is DRIVING ME MAD! Does anyone have any helpful ideas/tips to get it to work? It's not just my computer because I have tried it at work too. When I try to publish the picture instead of the pic showing up it has all that computer jargon...you know the numbers and letters and symbols....HELP!

above the posting box on the right are 2 tabs, make sure you have compose pushed and not edit html.
